This is the dress, view B.  This is some of that great ITY jersey that had on sale a few weeks ago.  Did everybody buy up a truck load like I did?

The dress pattern is the same as the top pattern with the addition of a wide ruffle at the bottom.  The picture on the pattern shows this view worn shorter with leggings, more like a tunic.  I wanted a true dress, so I added one inch to the length of the top.  Also, I shirred the shoulders by running a line of stitching down the shoulder seam with elastic thread in the bobbin:

I stopped about 2 inches shy of the sleeve hem.  I eliminated the little vee-neck loop-type closure at the front neck.
