A Few Doll Clothes

Please note, these were not recently completed:
This is what happens when you don’t do a test swatch first.  I crocheted this lovely seater, following a pattern straight from Nicky Epstein’s Chrochet for Barbie book.  It turned out to be waay to big for Barbie, but as you can see, it fit my antique 10" doll quite nicely.  I’ll put this one down as a stroke of luck, and never NOT test-swatch again!  Next:
This silk dupioni dress was made using patterns from one of my "Martha’s Sewing Room" books by Martha Pullen.  It’s for the 18" doll, has crazy quilting on the bodice and tucks and ruffles at the hem.
